As the great post on Solution Watch will explain the latest craze (and I’m into it too) is getting the latest Internet “Buzz” – the latest news or what people are visiting elsewhere on the web on so called “single page aggregators”. These are sites where information and links from RSS feeds are rounded up onto one page. The feeds tend to come from sites such as Digg, Del.icio.us, Reddit, Flickr and Google News. Dubbed “singlegators” by Steve Rubel at Micro Persuasion these new sites are springing up fast after the original idea by Popurls‘ Thomas Marban.

So you’ve heard about them, lets have a look:

Popurls.com
Diggview.com
THEWEBLIST.net
Original Signal

These are my favourites but for a more comprihensive and detailed list visit:

Over and out!

  1. Interesting article. I’ve used popurls in the past, but hadn’t heard of some of the others mentioned here. But with so many of these “singlegators” popping up, will we eventually get to the stage where we need an “omnigator” to aggregate all of their content?
